By participating in the MLKSpeakEasy, all
players, coaches and families acknowledge the following:
1.
PUBLISHED ROSTERS — In order to provide visiting college
coaches with accurate information, all participating coaches had
to provide an up to date roster for their squad by Tuesday
(1/5/10) at 7 p.m. The roster was to include the players’
names, jersey numbers, positions, class, and college commitment
status, as well as contact information for the head coach and/or
club director. This roster does NOT include individual player
email or phone number. Some heights were submitted even though
they were not required. No heights were added to the rosters
after the roster deadline. Rosters were copied and pasted
directly into the MLK competition manual from the information
that is provided by each team’s coach. No corrections will be
made for any reason.
2. FULL
ROSTERS — Every team participating will have their entire
(healthy) squad in attendance.
3. ALL
RESULTS ARE UNOFFICIAL – Accordingly, no one may record
results with (AES) Advanced Event Systems, TIVA, SignUpToPlay,
D4 or any other result tracking system or program.
4.
UNIFORMS — All players will wear their official uniforms
with the proper jersey numbers.
5. VIDEO
RESTRICTION - Participating teams may video THEIR OWN
matches only. Competing club coaches may NOT video
peripheral matches.
6.
REFFING ASSIGNMENTS AND COURTESY — With the exception of the
“Play In” games, one real official and a participating team will
be designated to ref each match. Reffing teams need only provide
four players (one book, one score board, and two line judges).
Although there will be a scripted reffing schedule, on
occasion a participating team will be asked to “cover ref” (by
reffing two courts or helping out with a non-assigned match) so
competition can be started on time. |
